Stoneworks Kids Summer Camps
- Climb Time Camp: A half-day camp for kids ages 5-10. This is a great way to introduce kids to the sport of climbing. Staff members belay and coach kids as they push their limits on our indoor walls that rise up to three stories. Participants also play games to help them aquire the climbing technique. Gear is included, as well as the special, edible Stoneworks snack. From 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm. $150
- Rock Exploration Camp: This is the perfect camp for kids with energy to burn. For ages 9-15, the Rock Ex camp is a fun, energetic challenge for athletic kids. It begins with kids learning the fundamentals of climbing in our controlled, indoor facility and then, weather permitting, the participants will be guided on day trips to local outdoor climbing areas that tower up to 90 feet. From 9am-4pm (bring your lunch). $275
- The Big Adventure: This is our biggest and most desired camp! Kids, ages 10-18, spend a week at the world famous climbing meca Smith Rock. Located in Central Oregon, Smith Rock towers above the beautiful dessert surrounding it. Participants will climb ultra-classics routes for four days such as “Five-Gallon Buckets,” and “Cinnamon Toast,” while returning each evening to a well established campground at Skull Hollow and delicious meals. On the last day kids will climb at French’s Dome and see some spectacular views of Mt. Hood. From Monday 8:30am- Friday 5pm. $700, all meals included.
